Tried to download a couple mods from Steam Workshop. They don't download, I read online most people have to open the game and exit a couple times before the mods appear. I've done that. I've started and exited the game multiple times, logged in and out of Steam. Played EU4 for a couple hours. Nothing, I've even tried restarting my computer. The I tried unsubscribing from them again, and do a completely fresh install of EU4, launching the game and manually creating a mod folder, in which I downloaded M&T. I dont have a solution yet, but for you, does the mod download as steam workshop civ 5 in your downloads in the steam library? Becuase everytime i unsubscribe and resubscribe, steam downloads the mods but they arent in the folder and dont appear. Anybody out there with a fix? EDIT: I think it is the new steam update.
